Regulations ISAT

Whenever in following Regulations is speech about:

Association – an association is interpreted as the International Society Aesthetic Trichology in short ISAT.
Authorised members of the association – normal ISAT members having full entitlements are interpreted.
Candidate for the member – a natural person or a legal expressing will of stopping by or supporting the Association are interpreted.

A membership fee is set of the amount 75 € annually, paid to the bank account of the Association. The contribution is paid to the end the January of each year.

The founder members are natural persons who registered and accepted articles of association.
A membership fee from the founder member is not taken.
The founder member does not have active or passive the right to the election unless it is a normal member simultaneously.

A citizen of full legal age of the Republic of Poland and the foreigner, inhabited so in the country, as well as abroad can become a normal member of the Association.
The candidate for the member must have a full ability to act in law and cannot be deprived of public laws.
The candidate for the normal member must fulfil particular criteria among others to be a graduate of the college, to have a bachelor’s degree or a counterpart of this type abroad. To demonstrate an interest in trichology and to have one from:
a) the doctor’s degree,
b) completed trichology course organised by ISAT,
c) other qualifications accepted by the Board of ISAT
The candidate submits membership declarations to the Board.
The pattern of the membership declaration determines the management Board of the Association.
Normal members accepts the form resolutions management Board of the Association based on the written candidate’s declaration signed by the members of the association.
The candidate is becoming an authorised member of the association till paying a membership fee, in the at least in one contributory period.
The normal member is obliged to abiding by articles of association, regulations and resolutions of authorities of the Association and regular paying membership fees and other benefits.
The normal member receives a certificate of the membership of ISAT association and qualifies for using the ISAT MEMBER logo for exploiting the membership in association in the period.

A natural or legal person can become a supporting member of Associations interested in the operations of the association which declared the financial assistance for the benefit of his or material.
The legal person is active in the Association through its representative.
By way of a resolution a management Board is enrolling supporting members, based on the written declaration.
The candidate is becoming a supporting member of affiliating the adoption of a resolution with the day.
The supporting member have no active or passive right of an election.
The supporting member has the right to propose the opinion and conclusions at the address of authorities of affiliating and suing Members of
the resolution of the management board of affiliating about crossing off a list to the annual general meeting of members.

A natural person can become an honorary member of the Association independently of the citizenship, particularly merited for the development of the Association, especially for the development and the popularization trichology.
The dignity of an honorary member of the Association given the annual general meeting of Members at the request of the management Board.
A possibility is also committing the submission of an application to the general meeting of members of the association, for conferring the rank of an honorary member of the Association, by at least 10 authorised members of the association.
The candidate is becoming an honorary member of affiliating the adoption of a resolution with the day.
An honorary member has neither active nor passive right to the election unless is a normal member simultaneously.
An honorary member has a duty of abiding by Articles of association and resolutions of Association authorities.
The honorary membership can be sent posthumously.
An honorary member is dismissed from the duty of paying of membership fee.

The membership of the Association is terminating as a result of the voluntary resignation from the membership in the Association, reported in writing to the management Board.
Death of the member or loss of the legal personality by the supporting member.
Cancelling from the membership because of unjustified being behind with the payment of membership fees or other obligations by period 6.
Of keeping the Association striking in the good name.
Non-observances of provisions of Articles of association, regulations and provisions.
The deleted person has a right to lodge an appeal to the annual general meeting of Members within 14 days of the date of serving the appropriate resolution.
Along with the day of standing still of the membership all entitlements expire on account of the membership.

The Board of the Association takes the decision to accept or to repel the candidacy for the member with ordinary majority of votes at the latest within 30 days of the date of deposit of the declaration.
The candidate will be notified of the decision of the management board in writing (by letter or electronically) within 3 days of making a decision by the management Board.
The candidate accepted by the Board is obliged to pay affiliating the registration fee and a membership fee to the bank account within 14 days of receiving information about the acceptance of the candidacy.
After confirming the influence on account the management Board is receiving the registration fee and the contribution of candidate in portrait gallery associations.
The candidate rejected by the management Board can again apply for the membership after the end of 12 months from the date of putting the candidacy off.
From the decision of the management board about accepting or repelling the candidacy is entitled to a right of appeal to the general meeting of members.
The decision of the general meeting is definitive.
